 Comments Hey, who am I, right? I'm just starting out trying to learn photo-manipulation I and don't know my butt from my elbow as far as doing them yet... but I have seen tons of them and I totally disagree with this critic. While there may be room to improve, I don't think this manip deserved THAT low of scoring for this art. I think the quality is far more superior than the original critic scored. Just my 2 cents. I hope the critic doesn't mind me critiquing her. lol She's just a tough one I guess. Hugs ladies!

.Here, I would try to do something simple, with not too much details and stocks like my other works .The drop you see is from the photographic "halo" I added, so it's a part of the work yes . I would add more depth like this.You know, I really suck with hair  . I don't know draw them, and I have no tablet  . I used one time a hair stock but I prefer natural hair. I only extended her hair here (a little).The most bad point is obviously with the necklace ... I don't know why, I had a lot of difficulty to make it darker ... Usually, I have no problem with that ... So I'm really disappointed about that .Yes, it's a model I didn't see before on other photomanipulations. I love use new stock model, it's monotonous to see always the same people. Thank you again for this great critique, I wish improve again and again !   |

VISION,IMPACT,ORIGINALITY:
Again i see many works like this, but this is the first time i see this model, love her and the pose. The way of add the BG and model are perfect in the perspective and color match.

TECHNIQUE:
A hot dark angel, can´t say more
Love how you worked with my wings, excelent perspective and shadows.
Her pose fits the BG perfect cause you see the shot was from below and not for a normal front standing person.
The colors choosed are very calm but dark. Good mood for me.
Now the construction..
The necklace hanging from the wing needs more shadows, in the whole image it doesnt fit the place for me but still more shadows would look good.
I see also a blue drop in the wing where the necklace is, dont know if that is my display or is part of the work
A blur background would also add depth and a focal point direct to the main subject.
Maybe play more with the hair strands and add a casted shadow from her to the floor-plants on my right.
Overall great work, love the resources choosed, great use of the wings perspective and shadows
Keep it coming! And for the watchers, try to come up with your own original works, dont steal or copy the works you see, improve, inovate and share with love
