Then why do you call it a stock? You really should work on better wording, as you've seemed to confuse a lot of people, and these descriptions are so clunky and hard-to-follow.
From a marketing standpoint, you'd get more people to use your stocks if you made the rules more transparent and simple-to-read.
Please note that all of this is my personal feedback. If you want to follow it or not is entirely up to you. It's just the right thing to do to give constructive criticism, regardless of whether or not someone "gave you permission to" or not. Feel free to rebute anything I've said in here, this is just how I view it.
There are better ways of wording the description than:

>Linking the FAQs is unnecessary. It's common sense that it's against the rules of DA to use other peoples' works without their authorization. If anybody does, it's 90% likely they just don't care about the rules. In the rare event someone legitimately doesn't know this on an art website, you could simply say "Please take this down, this piece uses my artwork and you did not follow my rules. This is an unauthorized use of my work and I would rather not file a DMCA claim against you" and they'd learn better.

>The long and grammatically incorrect copyright notice is unnecessary. All it takes is your list of rules and a copyright disclaimer to get the message through.

>"Bullet; Red You are not allowed to use my stocks with other artists drawings to make your own Mix, banners etc, this is called arthief" is also common sense, but there are instances where users get permission to use other artist's works in mixes of stock works, so long as the stock artist also gives permission. For example: some artists are okay with whatever non-commercial use of their work you might do, so long as you give them proper credit. These are typically called free-to-use, creative commons, copyright-free, or other works where artists exclusively grant others permission to use the work under a few conditions. If you know this and don't want your stocks mixed with other artists' works regardless of whether the mixer got permission or uses F2U (free-to-use) works, then just state that in your rules page.

>While putting all the rules right in front of your face may seem tempting, either make them really short and don't link a journal or just keep them in the linked journal. Doing both is unnecessary. If someone is going to be an art thief and not respect your rules, then using all of the extra space to redundantly state your rules won't help.

>While this is an art website, there's no need for large text, huge spacing, and other things that make browsing more of a chore. If people want to see more of you and your art and go to your websites and such, then they can go to your page where you can have those things linked, rather than having a wonky banner at the top of your description. Try keeping your sites and such exclusive to your page, that way it would help potential customers form more of a personal connection with you. If people want to use your work for personal usage, all you need is "Personal Usage Rules" with a link. That gets the message through. Same thing for Commercial Usage Rules and Commercial Licenses Available Here. If people seem to be "missing that" then it's because they're deliberately doing it. In fact, with the huge amount of wasted space and such a long description, people are less likely to read your rules if anything, because they'll just see a huge wall of text and probably consider it unimportant.
